We seek independent, talented, self-motivated individuals who are able to demonstrate:
- A willingness to conduct rigorous, high quality research
- A prior interest in research or public health related to lung disease and/or HIV/AIDS;
- A commitment to developing and maintaining a productive career devoted to lung disease and HIV/AIDS.
i) Degree Training
Applications for degree training are accepted annually in June or July.

ii) Short Training Abroad
Applications for short training abroad are accepted year-round on a rolling basis. The ideal applicant has completed degree training in clinical research, has a minimum of three years' experience working full-time in research, and has a specific and highly focused goal for training (e.g. learning a new research technique, preparing a grant application). Please apply using the website-embedded application form. All applications should be sent at least 6 months in advance of the proposed training dates.
